Every Brightful Fashion purchase is final sale. We do not accept returns or exchanges, and we do not offer refunds for change of mind, fit, or size. Please check the size and details on each product page before you order.
Damaged or wrong items
If

your item arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, contact us within 3 days of delivery at andrew0312zg@gmail.com with your order number and a photo, and we'll make it right.
Cancellations


We can cancel orders that haven't shipped yet. Once an order ships, it can't be cancelled.
