Shipping Policy
Thank you for shopping with Brightful Fashion. This policy explains how we ship your order, what it costs, and what to expect after you buy.
Order Processing
Orders are processed within 1 business day, not counting holidays. Orders placed after noon, on weekends, or on holidays may begin processing the next business day. You'll get a confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order ships.
Shipping Costs
- Standard Shipping: $7.99 on orders under $75
- Free Shipping: on orders of $75 or more
- Express Shipping: $15.00

Delivery Times
Estimated delivery times are shown at checkout. They're estimates, not guarantees, and they start once your order ships. Carrier delays, weather, and other things outside our control can affect them.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, we'll email you a tracking number and link. Tracking info can take a little while to update.
Shipping Destinations
We currently ship within the United States only.
Address Accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you need to fix it, contact us as soon as possible.
Lost, Damaged, or Delayed Packages
If your order is lost or delayed, contact us and we'll help you work with the carrier. If an item arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, contact us within 3 days of delivery so we can make it right. All sales are final.
Order Changes and Cancellations
Need to change or cancel your order? Contact us as soon as possible. We can make changes before your order ships, but once it's on the way we can't change it. Orders cancelled before they ship are refunded to the original payment method.
