Welcome to Brightful Fashion. By visiting our store or making a purchase, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

1. Our Store
Brightful Fashion is an online clothing store hosted on Shopify. We currently sell to and ship within the United States only.

2. Who Can Shop


Anyone is welcome to browse and shop at Brightful Fashion.
The Privacy Policy line about children under 13 is a standard privacy line, and it doesn't block anyone from visiting or buying, so you can leave it in. If you'd rather drop it too, just delete that section.

3. Products and Pricing
We do our best to show colors, sizes, and details accurately, but colors may look slightly different depending on your screen. Please check the size and product details before ordering. All prices are in US dollars and may change at any time. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including orders with pricing errors or suspected fraud. If we cancel an order you've paid for, you'll be fully refunded.

4. Payment
Payment is due at checkout. By placing an order, you confirm that you're authorized to use your payment method. Applicable sales tax is added at checkout.

5. Shipping
Standard shipping is $7.99 on orders under $75, shipping is free on orders of $75 or more, and Express shipping is $15. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Once your package is handed to the carrier, we are not responsible for carrier delays. See our Shipping Policy for details.

6. All Sales Are Final
Every Brightful Fashion purchase is final sale. We do not accept returns or exchanges, and we do not offer refunds for change of mind, fit, or size. If your item arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, contact us within 3 days of delivery at andrew0312zg@gmail.com with your order number and a photo, and we'll make it right. Orders can be cancelled only before they ship. See our Refund Policy for details.

7. Accounts
If you create an account, you're responsible for keeping your login secure and for all activity on your account.

8. Intellectual Property
All content on this store, including photos, logos, text, and designs, belongs to Brightful Fashion and may not be copied or used without our written permission.

9. Prohibited Use
You agree not to use our store for anything illegal, to interfere with the site's security, or to submit false or fraudulent orders.

10. Limitation of Liability
Our store and products are provided "as is." To the fullest extent the law allows, Brightful Fashion is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the order involved.
